A large amount of sugarcane juice in Bangladesh is made from sugarcane to molasses
Cows are produced from these molasses production requires a lot of labor and Guru is produced as a crop in the remote areas of Palash and in different regions. Sugarcane farmers grow different varieties of sugarcane. To sweeten the juice, the sugarcane is collected from the trees and after storage, the sugarcane leaves are trimmed and sorted. The sugarcane juice is spread with the help of a left machine. First, the sugarcane juice is taken out in advance, then the sugarcane juice is poured on top of the stove in the middle of a large pan, so it will be in the pond for an hour or 60 minutes.
The sugarcane juice is cooked by the heat of the fire and gradually the water vapor from the sugarcane juice evaporates the remaining water and slowly under the strainer and by giving a large quantity of wire at a time, the previous juice evaporates and you get the sugarcane gourd. The molasses formed are golden in color at first and are very soft when softened, the balls are very golden in color and are very tasty and sweet in the field. There are many Bengali Guru Gurus in the market
We produce in these small factories where a large number of workers are employed, thus they are benefiting economically and the factory person is also benefiting economically. Bangladeshis do not produce any cow which gives importance so it has decreased in many parts so we should cultivate more sugarcane and improve more demand so we will be able to earn the first feature in foreign countries.
