A speaker went inside the mosque and started giving that speech
And that speaker said to all those who do not pray and do not accept the worship of Allah Ta’ala i.e. those who do not perform the martyrdom of five times of congregational prayers are better than a dog if a good-hearted animal is equal to a dog and this saying It is understood by means that those who do not read kalam i.e. do not worship are worse than the dogs of Allah i.e. worse than all the dogs in the world i.e. those people who do not pray have become small minded people from dogs i.e. Those who were not praying in the mosque in which Huzur Sahib was giving speeches, i.e. the people of those areas were not praying enough and did not pray five times a day and were engaged in various bad deeds.
